Afterwork Yoga:

Back care and Antistress

Join me every Wednesday at 18:00 for a class designed to focus on back health—something deeply connected to managing stress. This fusion class blends techniques from Hatha and Yin Yoga, as well as Pilates, to alleviate back pain, improve posture, and work with the different muscle groups in the back, chest, and abdominal muscles, along with the neck and shoulders.

Each session ends with a soothing Tibetan singing bowl relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded and at ease.

Every class is unique, and I adapt the flow to fit the needs of participants. If you have any injuries or limitations, please let me know in advance so I can support your well-being.

Small groups provide a comfortable, private atmosphere, allowing you to practice yoga with personal attention.

Be sure to notice how your body feels the next morning—it’s a great way to connect with the progress and effects of your practice. Let’s work together to support your body and mind!

I offer personal yoga training tailored to your unique needs, physical and psychological. Whether your schedule is hectic or doesn’t align with group classes, you feel shy about joining a group for personal reasons, or you want to explore more outside of group class, I’m here to help.

We’ll start with a brief free Zoom call to discuss your ideas and see if I can support you on your journey. Together, we’ll create a plan that suits your lifestyle and targets your specific needs. The intention is to support you in building a sustainable personal practice—one that becomes a natural part of your daily life.

Personal sessions may include asana work, pranayama, meditation and individual support. True yoga begins with a deep connection to your teacher and your own personal path. It’s not just a physical practice—it’s a journey of inner growth, where you learn to navigate and transform the ego.

Prices for personal sessions start at just SEK 1000 for 3 sessions (60–75 minutes each). The final cost depends on the days and times that work best for you.
