Ella is trained in the breath-based Hatha yoga tradition and has additionally studied Yin yoga, Pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, completing over 500 hours of formal yoga education.

She has also built a close connection with the Swami Amlanand Yoga Ashram in Haridwar, India, where she contributes as a visiting guest lecturer and participates in teaching the highly regarded 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course.
